We are looking for Customer Experience and Data Analytics Specialist to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Maths & Statistics and master degree is a plus
• Solid experience in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Advanced knowledge of analytical tool (SAS Enterprise Guide/Miner, SAS Base Coding, SPSS Modeler, pl/sql)
• Advanced knowledge of modelling techniques (propensity analysis, segmentation, time series..)
• Excellent command of analysis and data tools such as SAP BO, MS Access, MS Office tools
• Strong knowledge of user-centric approaches and user interface design processes
• Understanding of customer behaviours through online experiments (A/B testing), benchmark studies, and surveys
• Passion for visual design, trends, aesthetics, branding, typography
• Knowledge of web, mobile platforms and their capabilities/limitations (Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Adobe Analytics- Omniture, Facebook Analytics, TagManager ,Tableau, Webternds, Countly, Insider)
