Job Description
Kofana Digital is looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Making calls and responding to enquiries from leads to qualify them for sales processes, ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within CRM (Salesforce)
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Position Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a relevant field
- Fresh graduate or have maximum 1 year work experience
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Well-developed learning skills and attitude
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
