Description
Kriptomeda is looking to hire an experienced high performing self-starter responsible for sales and client relationships. As a key member of Kriptomeda's sales team, the person in this role will manage and grow the existing clients, identify and build new relationships, and become a leader in the Turkish crypto communities. The person who will thrive in this role has a proven history of creating opportunities and earning clients' trust.
This role reports to the VP, Sales and Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and exceed personal sales targets in relation to Kriptomeda's advertising and event sponsorship businesses.
- Responsible for representing all Kriptomeda products, which includes digital media, video, podcasts, newsletters, thought leadership, virtual & in-person events, and webinars.
- Provide a high level of account management service by building excellent customer relationships, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction through regular communication
- Identify opportunities for increasing revenue within the existing or a new account base via up-selling and cross-selling
- Candidates must be highly productive working alone and handling the start-to-finish cycle in the sales process.
About You
- 4+ years of high-level client-facing advertising sales within media, crypto, global finance, and/or tech sectors.
- Strong analytical skills to set specifications for sales data dashboards, identify the gaps and focus of the sales team, and find the potential to increase revenue;
- Strong track record in executing a sales plan, pipelines, and revenue forecasts;
- Sound knowledge of digital media and desirably, crypto industry and client knowledge.
- Ability to travel internationally with occasional trips one week or longer.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in Zendesk Sell, Apollo.io and G Suite.
