Minimum Requirements

•⁠  ⁠Graduated from at least an associate’s or bachelor’s degree program at a Turkish university or a foreign university recognized by YÖK (Council of Higher Education),
•⁠  ⁠Minimum of 1 year call center experience within the last 5 years,
•⁠  ⁠Good command of a foreign language (equivalent to YDS Level C or higher),
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and teamwork skills,
•⁠  ⁠Motivated to build a career in the field of health tourism,
•⁠  ⁠Residing on the Asian (Anatolian) side of Istanbul and suitable for hybrid work.
