Manage end-to-end internal and external recruitment for the plant organization (including blue collar & white collar employees),
Working in close collaboration with hiring managers to understand the needs and required skill sets for the current and future vacancies and executing the recruitment strategy,
Source and attract the best possible talent; selecting the most appropriate sourcing channels,
Manage internship and new graduate recruitment projects and apply early talent programs for the plant,
Drive Employer Branding agenda and university relations in the area, and implement our country EVP strategy to the plant organization,
Support and manage onboarding and orientation process.
Has an excellent command of English (both speaking and writing),
Experience in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources is preferred,
Strong planning and organizing skills,
Hard-working and results oriented,
Excellent communications skills,
Positive and can-do approach.
