Our expectations from the Port Operations Specialist, who will work at one of our Nuh Çimento group companies,

·Conducting and monitoring all port operations in coordination with internal and external business partners,

·Within the scope of port operation processes; establishing and following up transport, loading and unloading programs in coordination with our relevant units,

·Organizing documents within the scope of port operations, ensuring that they are archived together with control and follow-up,

·Maintaining coordination with shipping, agency, logistics, customs and surveyor companies,

·Periodic reporting of port operation processes and archiving of relevant records.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for a Port Operations Specialist who;

·Residing / able to reside in Kocaeli, 

·Graduated from universities’ maritime departments,

·Proficient in English,

·Good users of MS Office programs,  

·Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions,

·Knowledgeable of legislation and processes of port operations and maritime.

·Knowledgeable of international trade documentation and terms,

·Skillful at organizing, job tracking and reporting,

·Capable of preparing audit reports by conducting field inspections,

·Knowledgeable of Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations, experienced at field applications,

·Actively driving vehicle by having class B driving license,

·Strong at communication skills and advanced problem-solving.
