MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Give support to the sales team about the used software system throughout the whole sales processes
  • Support user change requests in all distributors
  • Make general and special campaign definitions
  • Give support to the field in cases such as error, development etc.
  • Follow up the improvements made by the supplier
  • Adress potential problems to the supplier with all the details in case of unresolvable task
  • Make necessary follow-up and authorization within the approval processes
  • Give handheld terminal or backoffice training to new users of VP

REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB (KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, BEHAVIOUR): 

  • Bachelor's degree from related departments of universities
  • Min. 1 years of Sales Operation and Reporting experience
  • Strong communication skills in English & Turkish
  • General IT information about hardware, operating system, database
  • Strong communication skills with other functions, departments and third parties.
  • A positive and can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably, military service completed for male candidates.
  • Cross functional understanding
