JOB DESCRIPTION : 

As a key member of the business development team, Sales Planning Assistant helps achieve goals by

• controlling and reporting master data such as products and customers on the system,
• helping to manage the processes related to the master data side of related projects such as improvement and development within the organization.

Sales Planning Assistant works on a project basis and full-time for a maximum of 1 year and reports directly to Sales Planning and Development Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the accuracy of customer records in the customer master data (opening, closing, transfer),
• Timely and accurate reporting of customer numbers and sales analyzes,
• Making Like for Like analysis,
• Tracking vertical and horizontal growths,
• Following the field visit targets given to the sales team in order to work with all potential customers in the market in order to gain competitive advantage,

REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM THE JOB (KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, BEHAVIOUR) : 

• Graduated from the relevant departments of universities or university seniors,
• Up to 1 year of work experience,
• Actively spent the university period, gained experience such as internships, project management,
• Very good command of English,
• Open to learning, development, sharing, dynamic, high energy,
• Verbal and written presentation skills,
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
• Result oriented, entrepreneurial, visionary and self-motivating,
• Cross functional understanding,
