What we are looking for?

Talent Acquisition Specialist for Turkey region who will report to Talent Acquisition Manager. 

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below: 

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies and tools to attract and acquire the best talent to achieve organizational goals,

Leverage recruiting resources such as job boards, professional organizations/conferences, social media and job fairs to identify, recruit and network for candidates,

Execute an effective employer branding strategy, employer branding calendar and recruitment marketing projects,

Oversee the execution of the annual employee engagement survey and ensure effective communication and consultation processes to build employee engagement,

Design, develop and implement new employee onboarding practices that increase employee engagement and accelerate learning,

Create strong partnership with universities and develop content and communication strategy with universities for diversed employer branding projects,

Work in close collaboration with all executive management and business colleagues.

 

Essential Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree,

Related master degree (human resources, organization behaviour, brand communication, marketing..etc) is a plus,

Effective planning and organizational skills,

Ability to successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously,

Proven track record in employer branding is desirable,

Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing.

Sinem, pladis'deki pazarlama serüvenine 2011'de çikolata pazarlama ekibinde marka stajyeri olarak başladı.İTÜ İşletme Mühendisliği bölümünden 2012'de mezun olduktan sonra farklı organizasyonlarda pazarlama tecrübesi edindi ve 2016'da tekrar pladis pazarlama ekibine katıldı.Bu ekipte tatlı bisküvi markalarından sorumlu Marka Müdürü olarak çalışıyor.Sinem, bu rolde güçlü Ülker bisküvi markalarını pazarda daha da güçlü kılabilmek için marka stratejilerini belirlemek, yeni ürün geliştirmek ve tüketiciye dokunacak iletişim kampanyaları yapmak gibi pek çok sorumluluğa sahip.Bu sorumlulukların onu her açıdan geliştirdiğine inanıyor.pladis'te pazarlamacı olmayı, en çok sevilen bisküvi markalarını yönetmenin heyecanı ve tatmini olarak tanımlıyor.
