Şölen, home of amazing brands like Biscolata, Luppo and Ozmo, is looking for Digital Marketing Specialist for its growing Turkey Marketing Team.

 QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business Adminstration, Economics, or a related field,
•  3+ years experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in E-commerce / FMCG / Retail companies (experience in a Digital Marketing Agency would be a plus)
• Advanced written – oral English is a must
• Have deep knowledge & experience about measurement, evaluation and success criterias of digital channels,
• In-depth knowledge and experience of web site & mobile analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and etc.), social media platforms and best practices
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns,
• Strong project management skills,
• Analytical minded, result oriented, team player,
• Ability to lead multiple projects and support multiple teams at the same time,
• Male candidates should have completed their mandatory military service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Reporting to the Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive, and working closely with Şölen’s Brand Teams and Creative Agencies; the Digital Marketing Specilist will be responsible for the following tasks, for all Şölen brands:

•  Planning, executing, tracking and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns (including all web, social media, display, database marketing, etc.) that connect to the business strategies, data insights and brand objectives,
• Continuously A/B/C testing and delivering new approaches based on the results,translating performance data into impactful insights to drive core business objectives
• Managing the digital marketing budget,
• Growing the Marketing Team’s digital marketing capabilities,
• Following global trends, pilot, evaluate and scale projects based on these trends,
• Supporting E-Commerce Team, when needed.
