Established in Turkey since 2011, our Stryker network here has grown with the acquisition of Orneo—an established distributor for Stryker Turkey since 2008 for orthopedics surgery, spine surgery, endoscopic visualization systems, power tools and Trauson spine surgery products. Now home to 100+ individuals driven to help make healthcare better, our offices in Turkey is a base for our finance, customer service, medical, regulatory affairs, quality assurance and sales and marketing teams.

Stryker 360 ° Yetenek Geliştirme Programı başladığım ilk günden itibaren merakla ve heyecanla sürdürdüğüm bir program oldu. Bu programda rotasyonlar sayesinde farklı departmanlarda deneyim kazandım. Departmanlar arası etkileşimimizin fazla olmasıyla birlikte süreçlerin nasıl ilerlediği, iş akışları hakkında bilgi edindim. Stryker 360°, süreçleri yaşayarak ve gözlemleyerek deneyimlediğim, gelişmem ve kendimin en iyisi olabilmem konusunda olanak sağlayan bir süreç olup, Stryker ile birlikte güvenli şartlarda mutlu çalışmak, eşitliğin ve çeşitliliğin olması, doğru şeyi yaparak kazanma kültürü, aidiyet duygumu da beraberinde getirdi. Stryker 360 ° Sales Talent Development programıyla birbirinden farklı departmanlarda eğitim alma şansımız oldu. Buradaki amaç, doğru eğitimlerle iyi bir satışçı yetiştirebilmek. Bir biyomedikal mühendisi olarak bu programa katıldığım için çok mutluyum. Stryker’da öncelikle insana önem veriyor ve bu da bana büyük bir aileye sahip olmak gibi hissettiriyor. Eğitim sürecim iLearn sistemi üzerinden anatomi ve ürün eğitimleri alarak başlayıp, sahayı deneyimleyerek devam etti, sonraki süreç ise diğer departmanları tanımak ve öğrenmekti. Gözlem yaparak ve Stryker’ın verdiği eğitimlere katılarak kendimi sürekli geliştirdim. Şu anda NSE grubunda saha eğitimime devam etmekteyim. Kariyerimin başında bana bu fırsat sağlandığı için çok mutluyum.
