Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. The specialist will work closely with our sales team to assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Use online tools and social media platforms to promote our products and services
Collaborate with sales team to identify potential customers and qualify leads
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
Ensure accurate and complete data entry and record-keeping of sales activities
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Familiarity with sales principles and techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
