ALLEX means "Air Liquide Leading Excellence" and it is a program for graduates with 0-3 years work experience. The aim of the program is to accelerate your career at Air Liquide by giving you the opportunity to work in a full-time position and complete two projects (3 months each) abroad during your first years in the company. These two international assignments are designed to challenge and develop you both professionally and personally.
The program is kicked off with a European onboarding event where you will get to know ALLEX colleagues from a wide range of functions across Europe. This means you will become a part of a European ALLEX network. We have ALLEX roles in all different functions: Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply chain... and in all European countries where Air Liquide is present.
In other words, the ALLEX program offers you a unique experience where you will have the best of two worlds: A full time, open ended employment contract combined with the opportunity to work abroad and learn about different parts of the business (2x3 months). Talk about accelerating your career!
As an entry job, you will start in the Sales Department in İzmir as a Sales Representative.
You will need to:
Implement the regional sales plan within her/his area,
Conduct a regular prospection with regular customer visits and market intelligence methods
Develop sales through offer selling and new customer acquisition
Negotiate the Air Liquide offer and signs contract with the customers
Build the customer loyalty and maintain knowledge of geographical area
Propose technical solutions to selected customers in order to solve their technical hurdles
We're looking for:
Recent graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in a B to B industrial sales domain
University degree (Engineering Degree is highly preferred)
Experience in metal-working (welding, heat treatment, combustion, etc.) is a plus
Adapting personal style to effectively interact within a multinational environment
Strong prioritization & time management skills
Strong capacities in listening customer needs
Excellent communication skills
Has an analytical mindset
Able to adapt to teamwork
To accept traveling and working enthusiastically in the field
