5/2 (Monday to Friday), 9:00 - 18:00

Location:  Istanbul (European side)

Languages: English B2+

Salary: USD+bonus

Requirements:

• Communication skills, organization, stress resistance, attentiveness and scrupulousness;
• The ability to find an approach to people, the ability to listen and 
• hear;
• Ability to resolve conflict situations.
• 1+ year relevant experience
•  Fluent in English language
•  Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Attention to detail and good judgement
•  Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate (B2), excellent pronunciation;
• Sales experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Searching for suitable profiles from the applications received for the postings and sharing them with the relevant team managers.
• Organizing interviews with suitable candidates.
• Informing the candidates about the processes.
• Performing reference checks.
• Organizing, monitoring and reporting trainings.
• Organizing internal communication events.
• Supporting the HR Manager in all HR functions.

• We are working with an American based logistics company for work with us you need an open individual entrepreneur (şahıs firması) and you will have a service agreement contract with our company.
