Your main responsibility is to assist the HR Digital Leader in managing the projects at hand which are around Digitization, Innovation, Simplification.
Pertains towards the HR Systems what we have here in Schneider Electric. You will learn; Project Management, Insights to HR Systems, Insights to HR Processes in Middle East & Africa.
Guiding projects by preparing deep dive data analysis reports.
Managing and updating database to improve data quality in the system.
Platform & prioritize employees by utilizing public data sources..
Creating reports on efficiency by analyzing reports.
We are looking for a;
4th year university student or 1st year master student in top tier universities
Commitment to work at least 3 days in a week
Analytic, result oriented, comfortable with Change & Ambiguity
Open to Collaboration & Learning, Agile & Adaptable
Very strong technical problem-solving skills
Concrete knowledge on Microsoft Excel
Having a Digital Mindset and English is a must.
