What you’ll do

• Handle HR operations based on policies and guidelines in line with local legislation.

• File employee-related documentation; maintain employee records and supports delivery of reports and analytics to drive decision making.

• Answer and process transactional activities (payroll, system changes/updates, etc.) according to the defined processes.

Your qualifications

• Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, engagement, performance management, learning & development, etc.) and policies.

• Knowledge of local labor law.

• Proficiency level in English.

• Expected skills: customer orientation, process-orientation, relationship management, analytical  thinking.
