Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR team projects and processes (HR Data, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance, Payroll, Employee Relations, etc.)
- Assisting the HR department in day-to-day operations
- Updating internal databases and keeping HR data current
- Following up on employment hire and exit documents
- Supporting recruitment processes
- Coordinating new hire orientations
- Assisting the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events
- Supporting the payroll process
- Managing HR announcements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Available to work 4-5 days a week
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Senior students or recent graduates interested in a career in human resources
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Capable of managing multiple tasks
- Team player
- Problem solver, willing to work in a dynamic environment with varied tasks
