Group Medical Manager, responsible for departmental organization as well as medical activities in the corresponding products in the areas of rare diseases and hematology.  

• Make sure that all medical activities conducted within the group is compliant with both the local rules and legislation, Er-Kim’s internal SOP’s and global licensor’s requirements. 
• Modify and update internal SOP’s regarding products in rare diseases in line with most up to date standards regarding compliance. 
• Provide detailed, unsolicited medicalinformation to HCPs upon official request and support pharmacovigilance. 
• Support Er-Kim’s overall business presence by building strong partner relations with KOL’s by regular visits and scientific discussions. 
• Build strong partner relations with licensor companies by collectively working on the issues and opportunities existing within Turkey. 
• Participate in both local and global congresses to track latest scientific advances within the disease area covered and regularly communicate this information to internal stakeholders. 
• Organizing and overseeing scientific events that would create awareness towards rare diseases in order to educate the community. 
• Support market access and regulatory teams by providing the necessary medical information to bolster regulatory processes.

REQUIRED SKILL SETS: 

Technical skills: 

• Strong functional fluency in both written and spoken English  
• Ability to utilize bibliographic databases such as PubMed, Medline, Embase, and Biosis.  
• Ability to examine scientific data, formulate reasonable hypotheses, and design and execute analyses  
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools  
• Familiarity to all local rules and regulations concerning pharma industry.  
• Analytical and data oriented approach in problem solving

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Being graduated from medical school  
• At least two years experience in pharma industry, preferably as a medical manager  
• Having worked with products in their license registration phase.; 
• No travel restriction
• Driving license
