Qualifications:

You’re the perfect match if you are;

• 3rd or 4th year university student in Law Faculty who will be able to work minimum 6 months (is a must)
• Able to work minimum 2 days in a week
• Excellent command of English and legal terminology
• Passionate about contract review and legal research
• Knowledge in writing, reviewing and executing business contracts is a plus
• Knowledge of specific legal requirements and regulations of Pharma Law is an asset
• Dynamic and teamwork oriented
• Multitasking and analytical personality
• Result oriented and ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities:

• Review and analysis of company’s signed contracts
• Preparing executive summaries for those
• Preparing an archiving system for the company for contracts
• Conducting legal research and draft reports, opinions, correspondence and other documents,
• Follow up new regulations,
• Supporting corporate works (ie. General Assembly, Board Meetings)
